I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The central location made it easy to explore Kuta, and the spacious family suite provided plenty of comfort for our stay. The staff were exceptional, always ready to assist and genuinely interested in our needs. However, the noise from the street was noticeable at night, which made it a bit challenging to get a good night's sleep. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience and warm hospitality.

This hotel has a fantastic location, right in between Lippo Mall and Discovery Mall, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and walking distance to Waterbom. The welcoming staff made our stay even better. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was lacking, with sticky floors and flooding in the bathroom. The pool safety also raised concerns, especially for families with children.
